Mechanical Engineer
Location: Saint Joseph, MI
Type: Direct Hire
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience)

Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Saint Joseph, MI. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and modeling projects, utilizing SolidWorks for custom machine design, robot reach verification, and component analysis through the FEA feature.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and model projects for diverse clients.
Utilize SolidWorks for custom machine design, robot reach verification, and FEA analysis of components.
Lead both internal and customer design review meetings to ensure project alignment with specifications.
Assist in training new team members and contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team.
Employ mechanical design tools to specify components and perform robot payload inertia checks for EOAT sizing.
Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently managing budgets and breakdown of productivity hours.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and FEA analysis.
Experience with ROBOGUIDE and time cycle analysis.
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage budgets and productivity hours.
Excellent communication skills to lead design review meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
