Job Description

  • Monitor industry technology trends and develop packaging technology roadmaps for power modules in Jenkintown;
  • Define power module products and create a product roadmap;
  • Lead a team in conducting pre-research on advanced packaging solutions and collaborate with universities and research institutes;
  • Oversee the technical development of advanced power modules, including output design and process files;
  • Provide support to the product development team in bringing products to mass production at the factory.

Job Requirements

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in microelectronics, materials engineering, power electronics, mechanical electronics, or a related field;
  • At least 8 years of experience in developing power semiconductor packaging products or conducting technology research and development;
  • Experience with leading product development and mass production in the industry is preferred;
  • Successful experience in developing SiC modules and achieving mass production status is a plus.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with the overall landscape of the semiconductor packaging industry and strong relationships within the industry;
  • Solid understanding of the microstructure, basic working principles, common failure modes, and power electronic circuits of power semiconductor devices such as Si, SiC, and GaN;
