Job summary
The Director of Accounting and Finance is responsible for the overall financial health of the Academy, encompassing both long-term strategic planning and the precision of daily accounting operations. This role ensures fiscal stability through comprehensive audits of liquidity and debt, the formalization of internal controls to prevent fraud, and the management of critical relationships with banking insurance development partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field required
- Seven ten years progressive experience financial leadership ideally within school non-profit environment
- CURRENT CPA CMA credentials certification preferred
