Description

Patient Advocacy:

  • Advocate for patients' needs within the practice, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Assist patients in navigating the process, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate patient insurance coverage, benefits, and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with different departments/vendors for updates.
  • Assist patients with appointment changes and scheduling.
  • Educate patients about their treatment plans, exercises, therapy goals, and expected outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Communicate relevant patient information to therapists, facilitating continuity of care.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinic manager to streamline operations.

Patient Experience:

  • Create and maintain a welcoming, positive, and compassionate environment for patients.
  • Engage with patients during exercises, actively listening to their concerns and addressing them empathetically.
  • Capture positive moments on video to enhance the patient experience.
  • Collect patient feedback and reviews to continuously improve our services.
