Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate patient care in an outpatient ambulatory care setting
- Handle EMR data entry with precision
- Efficiently perform telephone triage
- Skillfully handle precertification of medications and imaging
- Assist in setting up and supporting minor procedures
- Embrace additional duties as assigned with enthusiasm
Requirements:
- Customer service is your middle name; your dedication to patient care shines through
- Detailoriented with a knack for multitasking in highpressure situations
- Selfdirected and able to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Current BLS certification is preferred, but can be provided upon hire
- Previous experience as a Medical or Nursing Assistant preferred, but not required
