Our client is an IT company that develops integrated and customized software for automotive workshops and constantly evolves it.

The software manages all process steps of a workshop visit, from scheduling appointments to order acceptance, workshop activities, invoicing, and preparatory accounting.

We are looking for a numbers-oriented individual (m/f/d) to support the continuous updates and installation for new customers in Northwood, IA.

You will assist the implementation consultants in the tax and business management support of workshops.
This includes communicating with various contacts in the workshops and also tax consultants.
You will evaluate tax evaluations of program changes.
You will import and export data, analyze it, and make changes if necessary.
You will support workshops with questions about booking processes.
You will coordinate DATEVrelevant system settings before deployment or set them up.
You will perform general organizational and commercial tasks.

Your profile:

You have completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or similar and have some professional experience.
Process knowledge of procedures in automotive workshops.
You have excellent DATEV knowledge and are proficient in using MS Office programs.
You have a high affinity for numbers.
You are serviceoriented, resilient, and willing to constantly further educate yourself.
You are sensitive and responsible in dealing with clients and their data.

A friendly team and intensive training await you. This position can be partially carried out from home. However, there are regular project meetings at the Berlin headquarters - approximately once
