Excel Physical Therapy in Oshkosh Wisconsin

Responsibilities

  • To ensure a warm, welcoming, efficient front desk area. Responsible for great first impressions to patients, referral partners, and vendors
  • Respond to customer inquiries, product, and service questions
  • Managing communications between therapists, physician offices and insurance
  • Informing patients about insurance benefits and the cost of care
  • Verifying insurance coverage and managing prior authorizations
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
  • Maintain customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
  • Assist with marketing projects

Qualifications

  • Committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
  • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
  • Computer and keyboarding skills
  • High degree of accuracy with data entry
  • Communicates in professional, accurate and articulate manner
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Training and/or experience in medical office procedures is helpful
  • Previous education in medical terminology is helpful.
