    Finance Manager

    Overview of the Finance Manager role:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulations.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
    • Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to support business planning and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
    • Manage cash flow, investment activities, and financial risk management to optimize returns while minimizing risks.
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and collections.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives and projects.
    • Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with departmental managers to develop realistic and achievable budgets.
    • Prepare financial reports and presentations for board meetings, investors, and other stakeholders as required.
    • Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial trends to ensure compliance and adaptability.

    Preferred requirements for the Finance Manager:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
    • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful financial management and leadership.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications.
