Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Respite Caregiver. As a Respite Caregiver, you will provide temporary relief and support to individuals with special needs and their families. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.


What is Respite?
Respite is temporary relief from caregiving responsibilities.

It is intended to provide support to parents or other caregivers who may otherwise be overwhelmed by the intensity and constancy of caregiving responsibilities that may be necessary for a child with special needs.

Respite may be provided in the child's home or another appropriate location.


The Respite Care Worker is responsible for providing temporary care to a HCBS child in order to provide a parent/caregiver with a needed break so as to ease the stress at home and improve family harmony.
