We are looking for you as a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our location Avedo Dresden in part-time or full-time.

Your Responsibilities:

• Telephone and written customer support (business customers) as well as proactive sales approach
• Consultation on telecommunication products (landline, mobile, internet, and TV), current tariffs, and contract optimizations
• Preparation of offers and conclusion and optimization of contracts
• Ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
• Followup of conversations

Your Profile:

• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Sales talent or career changer with interest and enjoyment in sales
• Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in making phone calls
• Strong customer and service orientation
• High willingness to learn and commitment
