Description

As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
• Utilize sales techniques to upsell additional amenities or services
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with tenants
• Coordinate movein and moveout processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant interactions
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient operations

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Familiarity with property leasing processes and Section 8 housing is a plus
• Knowledge of property maintenance and basic understanding of contracts is beneficial
• Strong data entry skills and proficiency in using leasing software or CRM systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
