    Location: Onalaska, WI

    Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

    Compensation: $ $26.00 hourly with wage increase eligibility twice annually

    Purpose & Summary: As an Outbound Sales Coordinator at Dynamic, you will be responsible for supporting the outbound sales team determining the best downstream sales options from our customer base and coordinating with operations and logistics to achieve scheduled shipment deadlines and quality standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinating shipments to achieve the highest value and lowest risk, invoicing, gathering, and tracking pricing and P.O.s, compiling transactional data as well as internal reporting and analytics, communicating with customers and team members, and maintaining relationships with customer. Responsibilities also include analyzing load reconciliations, downgrades, and other adjustments making recommendations on acceptance to leadership. This role should maintain a service-driven approach when working with customers and assisting the sales team.

    The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. There will be many different people to meet and work with. To be successful in this position, you must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers, or all of the above. A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. This portion of the work will often focus on relationships with others; correct handling of details dealing with others is necessary to maintain and grow relationships. As time is usually a factor, the work must be done on time, as well as correctly. In general, this is a position where guidelines, structure, and established policies must be followed fairly closely, while working with and for others.

    Day to day responsibilities may include:

    • Monitoring outbound material inventory
    • Grouping material to achieve highest revenue return
    • Coordinating efforts with sales, operations, and logistics
    • Enhancing inventory processes and data visibility
    • Contacting customers to obtain pricing and build relationships
    • Analyzing expenses related to transportation and material downgrades
    • Researching new outbound sales markets

    Requirements & Qualifications: For consideration, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of relevant experience.

    Additional requirements include:

    • Customer service & administrative knowledge
    • Familiarity with sales process
    • Basic understanding of inventory management & scheduling shipments
    • Proficiency with time management, task management & prioritization
    • Professional written and verbal communication
    • Data entry & report management
    • Microsoft Suite proficiency
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
    • Self-motivated, detail orientated, tenacious, results-orientated & problem solver
    • Prioritize work effectively
    • Articulate information clearly and concisely
    • Eager to take on new tasks
    • Embrace change and succeed in fast-paced environment
    • Travel 5%

    Outstanding candidates may also possess these additional bonus qualifications:

    • Associate's degree in Business Management or related field
    • Basic accounting & financial knowledge
    • Familiarity with Excel, CRM, & accounting software systems
    • IT/Electronics industry knowledge
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
    • Report development
    • Sales analysis abilities
    • Sales analysis or inside sales experience
