Our Onalaska Chevrolet location is growing and we are looking to add a Used Car Manager to our team

Help lead the sales team through sales process : including customer follow-up, customer escalations, assisting with customer concerns, and managing Sales Consultant performance

• Responsible for driving profitability of the used car department : meeting monthly volume and gross profit goals.
• Ensuring customer follow-up through day-to-day management of the sales team.
• Work with manufacturers on incentive programs, rebate schedules, and maintaining a balanced vehicle inventory.
• Assist the GM in the facilitation of sales meetings, provide on the job training to Sales people, and coordinate vehicle deliveries with the Service Manager.
• Manage the reconditioning of vehicles on the lot and show floor to ensure they meet the highest standards.
• Partner with the Finance office to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.

College degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a Related Field preferred

• 3+ years of automotive management experience
• Proficient in operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office : Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Attention to detail, organizing and planning
