    About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Syndications to join their Capital Markets team. The successful candidate will be tasked with originating, structuring, and distributing broadly-syndicated bank transactions. This role involves a high level of responsibility, including the creation of offering memoranda, pitchbook presentations, and cash flow models. The Vice President will also be deeply involved in the due diligence process, evaluating the risk and return parameters of financing transactions, and will have direct interaction with both internal teams and external clients and financial institutions.

    Applicants for the Vice President of Syndications position at the company should have a BA or BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience. The role requires excellent communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in MS Office is essential, and experience in syndicated finance, credit training, and relevant work experience is required.
