We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Client Processing Manager Loans Enablement to join our Loans Enablement Operations team This role is located in Pittsburgh PA In this role you'll make an impact in the following ways The Vice President Client Processing plays a crucial role within the Transaction Processing function at BNY ensuring the seamless execution of client transactions while upholding the organization's commitment to operational excellence This role is pivotal in supporting BNYs strategic pillars of client-centricity and operational efficiency by managing complex client processing tasks with precision and expertise Lead the execution of client transactions by applying advanced knowledge in transaction processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transaction workflows improving efficiency and reducing operational risks Serve as a subject matter expert in client processing providing guidance and training to junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development Monitor and analyze transaction processing metrics to identify trends and implement improvements enhancing the overall client experience Engage with clients to resolve complex transaction-related issues demonstrating effective problem-solving skills maintaining strong clie nteractions Drive process innovation initiatives by leveraging industry best practices ensuring BNY remains at the forefront of transaction processing excellence To be successful in this rolen we re seeking t he following Bachelor s degree Business Finance or rrelated field required Advanced degree professional certification finance business administration preferred Typically 5-8 years related hands-on experie ce Prior subject matter expert team lead leadership experience highly preferred Prior hands-on syndicated loan experienc familiarity w ith loans servicing ClearPar LSTA prefer red Strong analytical problem-solvin g abilities manage complex transactio processes Excellent communication interpersonal skills effectively collaborate cli ents internal teams Proficiency transaciton procesing systems keen abilit y leverage technologie improve processes Experience brokerage procesin g refered Applicable local regional licenses certifications requir ed business Detail orientated Ability self-manage prioritize execute workloa d Familiar technical applicatio ns include Microsoft Office application Here s few recent awards America Most Innovative Compani Fortune 2025 World Most Admired Companies Furtune 2025 M ost Just Companies Just Capital CNBC 2025 Our Benefits Rewards BNy off ers highly competitive compensati on benefits wellbeing programs rooted strong culture excellen ce pay-per-formance philoso phy We provid e access global resources tool s life journey Focus your health foster personal resilien ce reach financial goals valued member our team generous paid leaves includ ing pa id volunteer time can support you family moments that matte r BN Y Equal Employment Opportunitiy Affirmative Action Employer Underrepresented racial ethnic group Females Individuals Disabilities Protected Veterans
