We are currently looking for a motivated Customer Care Associate to join our Toronto team. In this role, you will be in charge of providing top-tier customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers are content.

Responsibilities:

Assess customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Make outbound calls to check in with customers and identify opportunities for additional sales
Collaborate with colleagues to guarantee customer contentment
Maintain a deep understanding of our products to assist customers effectively

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service desirable
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent problem-solving skills
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple responsibilities
Background in sales or the capability to promote products is advantageous

Pay: From $39,865.00 annually
