    Teaming up with Allegheny Health Network, AHN stands as a respected leader in home health and hospice care. We are a dedicated team that collaborates to deliver top-notch patient care - care that has a meaningful impact on individuals' lives daily.

    This role offers support to patients in Canonsburg and neighboring areas and includes a $15,000 first-year success bonus to acknowledge key achievements during your initial year.

    We are seeking empathetic nurses with:

    • RN license in your working state
    • Graduation from an approved practical nursing school
    • One year of RN experience and capability in delivering quality care
    • Current driver's license and willingness to spend ~20% of your day driving
    • Consistent meeting of critical deadlines for charting
    • Ability to self-manage time and schedule
    • Familiarity with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
