    Job Description

    Sunbelt is currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join a local client near Canonsburg, PA, for a Home Health contract. If you have at least one year of recent home health experience, this opportunity is for you. The hiring process is happening fast, so don't wait, apply today for immediate consideration.

    • Employment Type: Full-time, 13-week contract with the possibility to extend
    • Works Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, 40 hours per week, including some on-call duties and weekends
    • Responsibilities:
      • Utilize expert knowledge of OASIS-CAssessment Documentation for various patient care procedures
      • Ensure accurate and timely completion of OASIS-C Documentation
      • Manage a specific number of patients daily and weekly for quality care
      • Perform a range of visits including wound care, IV administration, and cardiac program follow-ups
      • Travel within the Saddle Brook, NJ area
    • Experience:
      • Minimum one year of recent Home Health experience
      • Demonstrated expertise in OASIS-C documentation
      • Prior experience in Start of Care/Admissions
    • Education:
      • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
      • Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
      • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
