Are you passionate about empowering young people and helping them reach their full potential? United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Summer Youth Development Specialist to join our team.
As a specialist, you will work closely with youth during the summer months, providing guidance, mentorship, and organizing engaging activities.
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:

Youth Engagement: Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities that promote positive youth development. Foster a safe and inclusive environment where young people can learn, grow, and build meaningful connections.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members, volunteers, and community partners. Coordinate with local organizations to enhance program offerings and provide additional resources for youth.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of program attendance, incidents, and evaluations. Prepare reports as needed to assess program effectiveness and outcomes.

Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Boys &
