    Global Advisor Group provides financial planning and wealth management services to clients in all 50 states and over 100 countries worldwide. We are on the lookout for a Client Service Associate to aid us in delivering exceptional outcomes and become a part of our team.

    Position Summary

    Our Client Service Associate utilizes skills acquired through training and experience to offer direct assistance to a Financial Advisor in a variety of client and administrative tasks.

    Knowledge/Requirements
    · Preferred 4-Year Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of administrative experience
    · Previous experience in a broker-dealer office or the financial sector is advantageous
    · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint for creating professional documents
    · Presents a polished, professional, and friendly demeanor when dealing with external and internal business contacts

    · Capable of organizing, overseeing, and monitoring multiple detailed tasks and assignments amidst shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment to complete tasks promptly
    · Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and thoughts clearly and professionally to managers, colleagues, and clients
    · Proficient in resolving routine client inquiries with effective problems-solving skills
    · Can manage a moderate volume of incoming phone calls daily
    · Able to work both independently and collaboratively within teams to finish high-priority tasks promptly

    · Mandatory FBI background check and credit check
    · Regular and punctual attendance is a necessity           

    Job Duties and Responsibilities 
    · Generates daily reports to ensure advisor accounts are in good standing and collaborates with Financial Advisors to rectify any account issues
    · Organizes and executes a broad array of staff and operational support activities
    · Anticipates client requirements, resolves issues, provides exceptional service, and ensures timely communication with clients to maintain service levels and turnaround times
    · Handles incoming emails and phone calls professionally to meet client requests promptly
    · Provides office support by managing various tasks such as answering calls, welcoming clients, and processing checks when necessary
    · Manages calendars and schedules meetings for clients, prospects, and external vendors
    · Creates and manages client forms and documentation, tracking all relevant action items and tasks in CRM
    · Collaborates with the firm's home office support to cultivate positive relationships and fulfill requests
    · Opens new client profiles for potential clients and adds accounts to existing client relationships
    · Closes client accounts
    · Participates in routine meetings such as Weekly Operations Meetings, Professional Development & Compliance sessions
    · Assists in arranging travel for advisors to meet with clients
    · Executes project-related tasks to contribute to the firm's growth
    · Supports team members with assigned duties and responsibilities
