Compensation:
$21.00 Hourly + Commissions

Responsibilities of the Leasing Agent

Works as part of a team under the direction of the Property Manager, to lease units and provide customer assistance to the clients.
Showing Apartments.
Taking telephone inquiries.
Follow up of prospects and current residents needs.
Posting and monitoring ads.
Assisting the Property Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations.
Ensures the efficient operation of the property.

Requirements of Leasing Agent

Minimum 1 year of experience working in of multifamily residential property management as a Leasing Agent
Accounting, Sales, and Customer service skills
Must relate well to people, exercise good judgment and discretion in dealing with residents, vendors, and coworkers
Exceptional organization and time management skills required
Work well under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
Criminal background check required
Reliable Transportation Valid Driver's License
