How you contribute

Carrying out maintenance, inspection and testing orders in all areas of technical facility management (TFM)
Inspections inside and outside the building for condition monitoring and proactive action
Monitoring and coordination of subcontractors on site
Systematic troubleshooting and repair in the field of technical building equipment
Project management, in particular monitoring and control of costs, deadlines and services
Coordination and scheduling of in-house technicians (human)

What you bring

Completed training in the field of electrical engineering or similar qualifications
Experience in maintenance and repair as well as fault analysis and resolution
Experience in all technical trades desirable
Basic knowledge of MS Office
