Service Coordinator— 34 hours per week in 4 different family affordable housing communities. 3 are located in Reading and 1 is located in Pottstown, PA.


Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating access for families to available services and entitlement benefits
• Scheduling onsite educational and service programs
• Working closely with residents to develop activities that meet social, health, and recreational needs
• Developing a monthly newsletter or calendar of events
• Organizing and facilitating meetings

You will also need to assist residents with any issues and concerns that they may have such as transportation issues, employment resources, help with their bills, money management, homemaker services, gaining access to community resources and social service agencies.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must have current Act 33, 34, and 73 Clearances
• No criminal record will be considered
• At least 1 year of social work or related field or equivalent experience.
