- Serves as the supervisor of the Imbalance Market Coordination organization and a member of the Real Time Operations management team with responsibility for planning, supervising, and leading programs, systems, and work processes that are necessary to perform the critical mission and support activities required of the organization supervised.
- Directing the development, implementation and evaluation of all programs and policies which ensure the timely delivery of products and programs in support of Bonneville's strategic business objectives.
- Represents Transmission Services and/or the BPA in working directly with executive-level personnel, managers and staff in BPA, other Federal agencies; State and local authorities; public and privately-owned utilities, manufacturers and providers of goods and services utilized by BPA.
- Leads or participating as a technical expert in committees and working groups for resolving critical problems related to BPA Market participation and programs requiring innovative solutions.
