On behalf of a senior care facility in Kamenz, we are looking for a facility manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


You will convince our client as a person In terms of your professional experience and expertise, the salary will be determined individually with you.


Your responsibilities:


  • Management of the facility while maintaining economic aspects
  • Leadership and motivation of your employees in line with company goals
  • Employee recruitment and retention
  • Optimization of quality standards
  • Ensuring occupancy and utilization of the facility
  • Representation of the facility internally and externally
  • Maintaining contact with funding agencies, authorities, and offices
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with company guidelines

Your qualifications:


  • Staterecognized training as a specialist in health and social services
  • Preferably completed studies in economics, health economics, or nursing management
  • Qualification as a facility manager according to HeimPersV with corresponding recognition
  • Professional experience as a facility and/or nursing director in residential elderly care facilities
  • Sales and service orientation, strong communication skills, and a confident and professional appearance
  • High understanding of business management
  • Contemporary social and communication skills.
