For the team of the central service unit of the "Network 4.0", we are currently looking for a scientific employee with a focus on further education and (university) didactics (salary group EG TV-L 13) to start as soon as possible.

The position is initially limited until [date]. The position is located at the Hochschule für Musik Detmold (host institution of the network project). Residency in Detmold is not required. Home office is possible, and if needed, a workplace at a nearby network university can be provided.


Your tasks:

• You will advise and support music universities in the (further) development of digital, analog, and hybrid offerings and moderate the development of qualification strategies.
• You will design and moderate digital, analog, and hybrid workshops and further education formats, accompany the universities in the implementation of the developed teaching and learning formats, and support the transfer to the universities.
• You will support your colleagues in the further planning and operational implementation of the network subproject "Teaching Certificate", which focuses on further education for teachers in the university context.
• You will advise and support participants of the certificate programs in content and organizational matters.

Your profile:

• You have a relevant university degree for the job profile (e.g. in (music) pedagogy/didactics, social sciences, educational management, psychology, preferably also in business informatics or other study or training programs, with a focus on digitalization).
