    Job Title: Busser at Pegasus Pizza in Omni Dallas Hotel

    Location: Dallas Hotel

    Job Description

    We are seeking individuals with a spark of enthusiasm and creativity to become part of the vibrant Pegasus Pizza concept at our hotel. As a busser, you play a crucial role in upholding our high standards of guest service through efficient and professional food running and bussing.

    Responsibilities

    • Must possess thorough knowledge of service times and menu.
    • Must be familiar with the floor plan, table numbers, and seat numbers.
    • Verify orders on the ticket with food on both cold and hot lines.
    • Ensure accurate food delivery to tables based on tickets, floor plan, and seat numbers.
    • Always check with guests for additional services needed and communicate with servers or managers.
    • Set up the expo line as per side work instructions.
    • Consult with supervisors in case of any food delivery challenges.
    • Minimize breakage and maintain a clean working environment.
    • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
    • Assist in setting up and dismantling the breakfast buffet in the allocated time.
    • Manage and replenish breakfast buffet items, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
    • Follow instructions for warehouse orders and maintain proper product levels.
    • Ensure all products are within expiration dates and use FIFO storage method.
    • Work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
    • Handle food and beverage cleaning chemicals safely.
    • Handle food items and beverages with care.

    Qualifications

    • At least 1 year of experience as a food runner or DRA.
    • Experience in wine sales and presentation.
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
    • Food Handler and TABC certification required.
    • Capable of lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds independently.
    • Able to stand or walk for extended periods in indoor and outdoor settings.
