Overview- Experienced Bookkeeper needed in the Los Angeles area
- Hourly rate dependent on experience and skill level
- Mostly remote work, after initial inperson training
- Occasional field work with existing clients throughout the Los Angeles area
- Paid Holidays and sick time immediately, with additional benefits with length of employment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with QB Online
- Experience with major payroll platforms [Inuit/Gusto/ADP], Microsoft Applications [Excel/Word/Outlook/OneDrive], online banking sites for bill pay and reconciliations, SquareSpace, Stripe, etc. for client data retrieval/reports
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Selfstarter with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines for various clients simultaneously
- Good communication skills with the ability to 'translate' financial terms to creative business owners in language they can understand
- 10key skills a plus
- Must have own laptop computer and reliable highspeed internet and reliable transportation
