As part of our global growth, we are carrying out a variety of construction and maintenance projects to expand and maintain our production, seminar, and administrative buildings. In order to meet the increasing demands of our internal customers, we are strengthening our team of decentralized building management at the Fulford location. For this challenging task, we are looking for a candidate (m/f/d) who is ready to actively shape the development of our building management, initiate optimization processes, and bring them to a successful conclusion, as Mechanical Specialist (Technical Building Equipment (TBE) in Facility Management).

Your tasks

Supervising control, regulation technology, and energy supply systems
Independent planning, elaboration, and approval/acceptance of external services
Creating execution and functional descriptions with the necessary specifications of TBE processes and media supply
Implementation and coordination of repair measures in the area of technical building equipment on properties and buildings
Error analysis/rectification of TBE
Responsible for energy efficiency optimization in new projects in cooperation with maintenance and suppliers, as well as in cost-saving projects on existing systems.
