Key Qualifications:

• Customer service skills: maintain professionalism and also being able to deescalate situations over the phone
• Ability to problemsolve individually and with a team
• Multitasking with phone calls, messages, and employee questions
• Ability to work in our Hoffman Estates business office

Duties:

• Communicate with patients and medical staff in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Collect patient information and verify insurance coverage
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Pay:
$ $21.00 per year
