- Project Planning and Coordination:

- Engineering Support:

- Review project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Construction Oversight:
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Assist in budget preparation and cost estimation for marine construction projects.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on site projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
