a nursing specialist (m/f/d) in part-time with 20-35 hours per week, permanent, for our Hermann-Görlitz senior center in Bergkamen, starting as soon as possible.

Job description:

Independent care and support of residents
Ensuring good nursing and care quality
Independent implementation of basic and treatment care according to regulations and guidelines
Management and documentation of nursing processes, taking into account current scientific and conceptual guidelines
Instruction of nursing assistants
Trusting and constructive cooperation with relatives and doctors
