Rise48 Communities is seeking an experienced
Social Media Marketing Coordinator to assist in the development and implementation of multiple marketing initiatives while adhering to brand standards.

This position reports to the Director of Property Marketing and is not a remote position.

Skills:

Proficient in graphic design programs including Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign
Proficient in creating and editing shortfrom video content for social media platforms.
Ability to effectively manage multiple business social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Pages.
Experience managing social media business pages to drive engagement and build community.
Able to develop comprehensive content calendars and content strategies to establish brand presence and consistency.
Highly organized with experience in utilizing Content Management Systems including OneDrive and Dropbox.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand standards and consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

Maintain consistent, branded social media pages for the Rise48 Communities LLC. Corporate entity as well as the Rise48 Communities individual properties. These platforms include but will not be limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Pages, and Yelp.
Build following and engagement on all property social media channels.
Create and deploy quarterly social media content calendars that are inline with our content strategies.
Communicate with onsite property teams to collaborate on resident events and attend events for live posting and content creation.
Create monthly property newsletters and assist with monthly corporate newsletter creation.
Provide overall marketing support to the department and Rise48 properties.

$50,000.00 per year
