This is a sales-driven entry-level management role designed for high-energy sales professionals who thrive on closing deals and hitting targets. As a General Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive new membership sales and grow the club's member base through consistent prospecting lead follow-up tours closing. In addition to membership sales you will maximize revenue per member by scheduling promoting Fitness Consultations for both new and existing members.- Drive and grow membership through disciplined pipeline management consistent lead follow-up closing new memberships
- Generate consistent sales appointments tours daily outreach activity level adjusted by club volume
