Human Resources Generalist

Position Type:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:


  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and overseeing orientation for new hires.

Employee Relations:


  • Provide guidance and advice on the resolution of employee relations issues, promote a positive work culture, and ensure legal compliance.

Training and Development:


  • Identify training needs, organize training sessions and workshops, and keep employees updated with necessary skills.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair compensation for all employees.

Team Social and Rewards Programs:

  • Design, implement, and oversee social activities and reward programs to foster team cohesion, morale, and recognition.

Performance Management:


  • Implement and oversee performance review processes and work with department managers on addressing performance issues.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:


  • Ensure that the company adheres to all local, state, and federal employment laws. Develop and revise HR policies and procedures and ensure employees understand and comply with them.

Employee Records:


  • Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Health and Safety:


  • Oversee health and safety of employees and manage any workplacerelated incidents.

Exit Management:


  • Oversee exit interviews and ensure seamless employee offboarding.

HR Projects:


  • Lead and participate in various HR projects as required.

3rd Party HR Partners:


  • Manage our relationships and programs with all 3rd party HR partners.

Insurance:


  • Manage Workers' Comp, Liability, Professional and other insurance policies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Excellent understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Outstanding organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking aptitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.

$65, $80,000.00 per year
