Salesforce Developer needed for a 2-year contract in Boston, MA (Hybrid)

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer with expertise in Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Program Management/Case Management modules to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration capabilities. Experience with Jitterbit integration platform is a definite plus.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Customize and configure NPSP and Program Management/Case Management modules to meet the specific needs of our nonprofit organization clients.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools, with a focus on Jitterbit integration platform.
Perform data migrations and data quality assessments to ensure accurate and consistent data within the Salesforce environment.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce solutions to ensure high quality and reliability.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce implementations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver successful Salesforce projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce Certified App Builder preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on NPSP and Program Management/Case Management modules.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative customization capabilities.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Jitterbit integration platform is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
