Mason Frank - Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to join a Non-Profit organization in Boston, MA. Your main responsibility will be to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform for the organization.

You will collaborate with the team and stakeholders to improve business processes and deliver efficient solutions. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in Salesforce administration, particularly in a non-profit environment, and be enthusiastic about learning in a team-oriented setting.

Main Duties:

Configure and maintain Salesforce solutions
Set up organization-wide sharing for secure data access
Manage user profiles and permissions
Handle data within Salesforce, including imports, exports, and updates
Create reports and dashboards for insights and process improvements
Develop automations using Flow to streamline processes
Document technical processes
Implement best practices and procedures

Requirements:

2 - 5 years experience in Salesforce administration
Experience with Salesforce in a non-profit context
Preferred Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator
Proficient in customizing Salesforce using declarative tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Interest in staying updated on new technologies

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $100,000
Compensation based on experience and legal factors
