IT Specialist (m/f/d) for Technical Customer Support and Projects: Server and Software-based Payment Solutions Permanent Position, Full-time · Hamburg, Au in der Hallertau, Moers

WE OFFER THESE EXCITING TASKS

  • Support and consultation of our key customers as the main technical contact (m/f/d) for our payment solutions (software and hardware)
  • Feasibility analysis and technical evaluation of customer requirements
  • Setup and operation of customer-specific payment solutions (server, customer configuration, maintenance)
  • Monitoring and administration of our highly available payment systems (infrastructure, server technologies, hosting)
  • Technical coordination of new features, releases, and software corrections, as well as accompanying our customers during software acceptance tests
  • Verification of reported issues in close cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Design and coordination of test cases together with the customer and our internal system testing department

WHAT INSPIRES US ABOUT YOU

  • Completed technical degree, e.g. in the fields of (business) informatics, IT project management, or comparable technical education, e.g. in computer science
