Your tasks
- Reviewing technical and construction-related claims from construction companies and planning partners
- Managing the claims review process
- Project-related contract management (Contract Administration)
- Participating in contract negotiations and drafting contracts
- Technical contract and risk analysis, clarification of interfaces
- Developing strategies and concepts for claim preparation and defense
- Assisting with the preparation and defense of claims
- Supporting / advising project teams on contract matters
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree (engineering, architecture or business law)
- Preferably relevant professional experience in contract and claims management and/or project supervision
- Excellent knowledge of construction contract and pricing law, such as BGB, VOB, HOAI
- Excellent German language skills and proficient in software tools (MS Office)
