Description

To strengthen our Contracts & Offers department at Tiki Island, we are looking for a full-time or part-time

*Offer Creation Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
Complete creation of complex offers in the service sector for the implementation of clinical research projects both domestically and internationally:

Capturing customer requirements, clarifying scope of services, and verifying feasibility
Configuring custom solutions based on our service portfolio
Creating and calculating project offers in SAP based on performance specifications
Defining payment components and commercial milestones
Close cooperation with internal departments and project management, as well as external partners
Support in contract negotiations in collaboration with the legal department
Kick-off meetings with project managers and budget control meetings during project runtime

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial education or have extensive experience in sales or offer creation
You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and ideally have experience with ERP systems
You speak German fluently and have a good command of English
You have a strong affinity for numbers and can quickly understand their relationships, work carefully, think in a structured and process-oriented manner, and enjoy working independently as part of a team
