Job Summary:
The Director of Maintenance manages our large staff in handling maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds for 346 high rise residential apartment units in the heart of Arlington


Tasks include:
team development, vendor management, service contracts, PTAC maintenance, grounds, Janitorial services, Fire & Safety certifications and drills.

Reporting to the Director of Property Operations this leadership position requires the ability to train staff, schedule preventative maintenance programs, while providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

The ability to work with Seniors is a must.

Pay:
$80, $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
