Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle multiple phone lines
  • Take phone calls for up to eight hours
  • Use internal search tools to research information
  • Communicate extensively in Microsoft Outlook
  • Deescalate and resolve conflicts with difficult or upset customers
  • Follow up on outstanding issues
  • Talk facetoface with customers to explain situations
  • Provide highlevel customer service
  • Research accounts
  • Data Entry
  • Work well with a Team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for example, communicate clearly, professionally, and accurately with homeowners.
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written requests
  • Problemsolving skills, and detailoriented
  • Working knowledge of keyboard and software navigation.
  • Ability to multitask and learn in a fast paced environment
  • Customerservice minded with the ability to work as a part of a team
  • Ability to contribute to a positive team environment
  • Demonstrates integrity, honesty and knowledge
  • Maintain a calming demeanor during customer phone interaction and peak times
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of our customers by continually evaluating the environment when communicating with the customer
  • Ability to place the customer first to deliver renowned customer service
  • Strong organizational and followup skills.

Pay:
From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
