School Companion in
part-time (reference number: 148) in Ridley Park, PA.

Your responsibilities:

As a school companion, you will support your student during school hours and breaks as needed, including:

Communication and social interaction
Assessing dangerous situations
Enforcing rules
Providing necessary materials for class
Promoting independence
Focusing on classwork
Assisting with daily tasks such as using the restroom
Accompanying class trips and day excursions

Your profile:

Educational specialist (educators, social workers, special needs educators, pediatric nurses)
Or suitable assistant
Enjoy working with children and teenagers
Empathy and social competence
Reliable, flexible, motivated, and cooperative
Ability to work independently

We offer:

Parttime position (20 hours/week) with a oneyear contract and possibility of extension
Location: Hirschhorn
