As a Dietary Cook (aka, Food and Nutrition Cook) at Lanier Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for preparing palatable, nourishing, and well-balanced meals to meet the daily nutritional and special dietary needs for patients and residents in a skilled nursing center. **Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior experience cooking and preparing food in accordance to serve safe standards preferred

One (1) years or more experience as a cook in a mass production / institutional food service setting a plus

Lanier Rehabilitation Center, located at 12740 Lanier Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32226 , is a 120-bed, joint commission accredited center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialty services.
