    • Jacksonville NorthShift: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for six hours most likely between 10:00 am 6:00 pmThursday and Saturday (as needed) for eight hours likely between 10:00 am 6:00 pmRole The Housekeeper is one of the most important positions on the Stayable team.
    A remarkable Housekeeper delivers safe and clean accommodations to our guests with passion and positivity. They are responsible for cleaning rooms, cleaning public spaces, and doing laundry. Housekeeper schedules change based on the number of departures and arrivals in a week.

    Our team leaders make every effort to identify opportunities to add hours whenever possible for talented Housekeepers at their property or others in the area.

    This frontline role knows the guest, the safety and cleanliness standard, and how to efficiently complete tasks assigned daily. Advancement comes in many forms and will only improve as the company continues to grow. Compensation Starts at $15 per hour Stayable strives to offer fair, equitable, and competitive compensation to all team members.

    This is an hourly-paid position that may occasionally allow for overtime. Housekeeper wages start at $15/hour with multiple opportunities for bonuses. The hourly wage will be adjusted based on experience, cost of living, and contribution to the property's success. Responsibilities Housekeepers are generally responsible for delivering safe and clean rooms and public spaces. Below is a summary of primary responsibilities.

    Room Cleaning Remove trash left behind by guests and/or team membersClean rooms and bathrooms to the highest quality standardsClean refrigerator and microwaveClean and tidy room exteriorReport maintenance issues promptlyOperate housekeeping equipment as directedPublic Space Cleaning Clean and remove garbage from public restroomsClean and tidy guest and team areas per scheduleClean and tidy the guest laundry areas, including removing lint from dryersPick up any litter as you see it in public spacesLaundry Wash, dry, and fold linens and towelsPre-treat linens and towelsInspect and discard linens and towels for damage or excess wear and tearKeep laundry area clean and tidyReport any issues with laundry equipment immediatelyGeneral Maintain exceptional customer service when interacting with guestsNotify Property Manager of any safety concerns or any violations of policyStock housekeeping cart according to company standardsImplement new objectives and proceduresContribute to incident reports as neededAssist with maintaining an accurate inventory of housekeeping suppliesExpectations This is an important position at the property.
