    Job Summary: Hiring A & P Mechanics with experience in aircraft maintenance and the ability to work with mechanical engineering drawings for client support.

    Job Requirements:

    • Must possess an A & P Certificate
    • 0 - 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience
    • The ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
    • The ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and/or aircraft status
    • Willingness to undergo an FAA background check and drug test

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and performing maintenance on Customer aircraft
    • Familiarity with documenting all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required

    Job Responsibilities:

    Work Schedule: Compressed Panama Schedule which is 3 days on, 4 days off, the 4 days on, 3 days off (3/4/4/3). 12 hour shifts both days and nights. Day shift: 6:30am - 7:00pm Night Shift: 6:30pm - 7:00am (We are on temp 4 days 12 hours shift) to meet customer demand. There is a front half week from Sunday through Wednesday every other week. The back half week runs from Thursday through Wednesday every other week.

    Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
