Acquisition Manager | Bavaria | Globally Renowned Company that has Developed 8.4GW

JD Ross is working with one of the world's most well-known renewable energy companies, which has already developed 8.4GW of solar energy in 19 countries. They entered the German energy market last year and are rapidly expanding their team, which is why they are looking for a land acquisition manager.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for independently carrying out projects for land acquisition for wind and solar projects.
In selected regions of Germany, you will be responsible for building and developing a sustainable network with authorities, landowners, tenants, municipalities, etc.
You will be involved in creating planning and approval conditions, negotiating and securing lease agreements and development agreements.
You will develop and visualize usage concepts and lease models, using them to present and explain technical, legal, and commercial details of renewable energy projects to various stakeholders.
You will independently plan and implement public information events for specific projects and participate in municipal meetings and assemblies.
You will also be responsible for identifying specific measures that will bring benefits to the community during and after the construction of the projects, as well as establishing appropriate community engagement models.
