    We are seeking experienced Originators, Branch Managers, and teams in the Greenville, SC market.If you are eager to take your lending career to the next level with one of the top lenders in the Southeast region, we are eager to speak with you

    • Aggressive pricing and products for your borrowers and partners
    • Opportunities for company established relationships to passed on to the originator
    • Seller Servicer/Broker Dealer certifications
    • Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, Freddie Direct Lender
    • On-site Underwriting and Operations
    • $300 a month in approved company expense reimbursements
    • Options for a licensed Processor (assistant) devoted to the LO
    • Professional lifestyle photography for EMLO and agents
    • Opportunity to become a shareholder
    • Full benefit package (health, vision, dental,401k)
    Required- in order to be considered

    Three years to Five mortgage sales experience, originating conventional and government real estate mortgage loans.
