Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Teacher assistant to join our team.

As a Teacher Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.

You will play a crucial role in promoting early childhood development and preparing children for their educational journey.


Duties:

• Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Conduct regular assessments to track each child's progress
• Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
• Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Incorporate technology and interactive learning tools into lessons
• Adapt curriculum to meet the needs of children with special education requirements or developmental delays

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with both children and parents
• Patience, compassion, and understanding when working with young children
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques
• Familiarity with special education practices for working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience working with preschoolaged children
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check clearance

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
