    Your Profile:
    Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Automation, or a related field.

    Boasts 5 years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment, with a proven track record of leading extraordinary sourcing teams.

    Master various candidate sourcing techniques, AI automation, data analytics, KPIs, and more
    Demonstrate an innate understanding of the job market, industry trends, and the ever-evolving talent landscape.
